A Taste of Spring

Yesterday was the most beautiful day of the year by far! It was gorgeous out - sun shining, clear blue skies and mild temperature. The kind of day that makes you see everything through rosy colored glasses! Bowen and I made the most of it by getting out early, attending a music class and spending the better part of the day out and about. After we got back to the flat, we spent a little time in our garden soaking up the sun before heading inside to bake Daddy's birthday cake! Between the two of us, it's hard to tell who's more excited about this lovely weather. Now we just have to wait for Spring's official arrival.

After this winter, I'm really hoping it's sooner than later!
