With Halloween next weekend, we needed to dig into a pumpkin related project and fast! So, this morning, I taped off a face on Bowen's pumpkin and she set to town painting. The idea being when we removed the tape, it would reveal a jack-o-lantern's smile and Bowen could do it almost entirely on her own! In the end, I think we used the wrong kind of paint, and it's already chipping, but we succeeded in having a really good time, so that's all that matters! As you'll see, it turned into a face painting extravaganza - for both Bowen AND me!
