A couple weeks ago, we spent a Saturday afternoon at the Battersea Children's Zoo here in the center of Battersea Park. It was fabulous way to spend the day and I was really impressed with not only the different array of animals they housed, but how everything was set up and the great play equipment for younger children. Anyone in London with smallish children, should seriously check this out - it definitely has my recommendation! Very well run and on the weekends, they do 'feeding times' so you can have and see more interaction with the animals. Bowen really seemed to enjoy the animals and walking her way around the park. She quickly took to telling all the animals 'hi' which was a highlight of the day for us! She was also able to 'help' Dada feed the pigs. In one of the photos below she has a cherry tomato and are trying without much success to encourage her to feed it to the pig and NOT herself! Dada finally stepped in and did the feeding! Anyway - there are a lot of pictures here, but it was such a nice Fall day out, I figured I'd include more than usual.
